When we first met, I was not having a good day, and it was not because of Dillon. It was just one of those days where nothing had gone right with my office move. These days, people take things personally so quickly, but not Dillon. He patiently listened and was sympathetic. When I was done venting, he was still willing to help me. Throughout the task, Dillon carried himself like a true professional the entire time—reliable, focused, and completely trustworthy with both my space and my belongings. He worked efficiently and steadily from start to finish, handling the task with great care. Both he and his helper were careful with walls, doors, and floors, and thoughtful about how to position the items even after they were moved to meet my satisfaction. They didn't just plunk the items down. Dillon clearly takes pride in doing the job right, not just getting it done fast, and he cares about the customer. From start to finish, Dillon made a task that stresses even the most chill person into a breeze.
